Hire one of our stunning StudioFlex studios for your child’s birthday celebration!

 
We offer a range of children’s parties suitable for all ages in our beautiful Studios & Cafe . All parties can be booked up to 6 months in advance.
 
The studio is yours for one hour where we will provide an instructor to cater for Aerial Yoga, or Dance parties. Bring your own playlist or we can supply a playlist for you to ensure the kids have a fab, fun time.
Alternatively you may wish to hire the studio for the hour and bring along your own entertainer for the occasion.
 
After the fun comes the Party Food!
 
We ask that you bring your own Birthday Cake and we will do the rest.

– Fruit kebab sticks
– Fairy cakes or Ice Cream
– Crisps or your choice
– Orange and / or Blackcurrant squash for all

Aerial Party

Learn to move, climb & flip on an Aerial hammock in this unique party experience. Spin in to a Seahorse or climb like a monkey before floating in the air like a butterfly. A combination between Yoga, Acrobatics & Gymnastics will encourage children to use their creativity and learn new skills, all whilst being suspended from the ceiling.

Price: £30pp

(For Aerial a Minimum of 6 and a Maximum of 12 children per studio, any additional guests for Party food only will be charged at £15pp)

Tea Party

Afternoon Tea Party including Sandwiches, sweet and savoury snacks, a selection of cakes and Hot and cold drinks. Includes Party hostess and party Games.

Price: £17.50 pp

(For Tea Parties a minimum of 6 children. For 12 children or more the Garden room will be need to be reserved exclusively at a cost of £100)

Studio Hire & Bring your own Entertainment

Hire the studio for the hour and bring along your own entertainer for the occasion.
 

Prices:

60 mins £120

90 mins £150

(Maximum of 20 per studio)

Party food £15 pp, includes Finger sandwiches or hot dogs, sausage rolls, fruit kebab sticks, fairy cakes or ice cream, crisps, and a choice of orange or blackcurrant squash.

FAQ

A member of the team will give you a call as soon as possible to confirm if your requested party is available. Once an available time/date is decided, we will take a deposit of £100 and confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your party.

All parties range between 60 and 90 mins of the chosen activity, then a table will be reserved in the cafe for 60 minutes for party food, presents & cake.

 
 

Yes, we have baby-changing facilities available in the CafeFlex toilet; please ask at reception and a member of staff will direct you.

A table/tables will be reserved in CafeFlex for all party guests and additional party food guests for up to 60mins.

For ‘Studio Hire and bring your own entertainment’ parties, we will provide bin bags for you to use, and at the end of the party you can leave your litter in the bin bags for a member of our staff to dispose of. We do ask that all parties aim to keep the studio as tidy and litter-free as possible.

Each of our studios has its own Sonos music system which can be connected to with the StudioFlex wifi code. Alternatively we have a bluetooth speaker. You will need to bring in your own Phone/Tablet with music playlist or music subscription service to connect to the speakers.

Yes of course, you can access your booked studio up to 15 mins before your booking to setup and CafeFlex is open from 8am (9am Sundays) if you want to relax and have a drink and something to eat before the party starts.

No, you will have 15 minutes to pack away and take anything with you that you don’t want us to throw away.

Maximum numbers are set for each Party and must not be exceeded. This is to ensure the party is safe and safety regulations of the facility and equipment are met.

For Cancellations more than 7 days in advance, we will try our best to re-arrange your party for another day/time. Our terms and conditions state you must cancel with at least 7 days’ notice to receive a full refund. Any cancellation with less than 7 days notice may result in us retaining your booking deposit.

The child who is having the birthday party must be in the age range stated for that party type.

We can provide you with a knife if you have forgotten yours, other things like candles we won’t be able to provide.

In rare circumstances we may be able to keep small and singular frozen/chilled food items in our fridge/freezer – please phone us before your party if you feel this may be something you require.
