Our range of yoga classes will improve flexibility, build strength and help you develop control and endurance in the entire body. You will become stronger and more flexible whilst developing body and breath control utilising the most natural yoga postures. Be ready to enjoy complete freedom of movement as you choose the level of your personal challenge.
Our Power Vinyasa yoga classes offer all of this in a warmed studio which means you can expect to sweat and challenge your body from the outset. You will move through a balanced sequence sometimes holding and sometimes exploring deeper variations such as arm balances or inversions.
You can expect to ease out through a vinyasa before diving back into the sequence once or twice again with a ‘one breath one movement’ approach. Finish with a few twists and stretches to flush through, revive the muscles and refresh the mind. You WILL sweat, you WILL wobble in the balances, but you WILL get stronger both mentally and physically whilst building stamina, flexibility and muscle tone.
