Imelda has always been passionate about art, music and movement and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culture and Arts. Imelda was introduced to Yoga 20 years ago and has practiced daily for the last 11 years! She says: ‘Your Yoga journey might begin as a ‘stretch’ or a ‘workout’. But the more you practise, the more you will realise that yoga isn’t just an exercise, it’s a way of life, it re-wires your brain!’
Imelda delivers classes that incorporate the unity of mind, body, and breath as she believes this gives her students better long-term results than classes that focus on the body alone.
