Eve Dunn

Yoga has always played a big part in Eve’s life – in fact she lives it, she breathes it, and she’s extremely good at teaching it! In the early days there were no yoga classes available in Suffolk so Eve decided to train and teach classes herself. She has gained qualifications in Hatha, Ashtanga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Mat Pilates. Eve’s passion is for Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa Yoga… and these classes should definitely be on your ‘to-do’ list! Expect your heart rate to go up in a dynamic and flowing class that will enable you to realise the full potential of your body. You will learn the fundamentals of breathing and movement as you explore your strength, balance, and flexibility. Eve’s classes will open the door for you to build an incredible core, tone your muscles, develop rock solid mental focus and leave you ready to take on the day!
