Hannah Presence

Hannah has been teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa, mandala, Yin & restorative along with meditation for over 5 years now. This consists of over 4000 hours of private and group class experience. Hannah is a 600 hr registered yoga teacher (advanced) with the yoga alliance. Not only does Hannah teach regular Yoga classes, she is also spiritually in tune and qualified in Reiki and Thai Massage (head, neck and shoulders) she Has a big passion for working with people with ailments, disabilities and mental health challenges and loves to see people feel better and stronger physically and mentally. Hannah’s wealth of experience of teaching people includes those with Osteoporosis, Lupus, and chronic anxiety. All of whom have benefitted greatly from the specially devised classes she provides them.
