Kelly is an energetic, enthusiastic and driven individual, passionate about health and fitness. During her time at university Kelly found her love for the studio and group fitness and it wasn’t long before she moved from participant to instructor. Kelly is super experienced, self motivated and loves a challenge…which her classes most definitely are! Kellys knowledge of all aspects of Health & Fitness were broadened when she recently retrained as a PE teacher, a role that all of her PT and group exercise clients can benefit from.
