Millie Dobie

Having started out on the ‘exercise to music’ training in 1999, Millie considers herself a veteran of the fitness industry. She went on to teach in Health Clubs, gyms and privately for 10 years, eventually training as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Matwork Teacher whilst most recently qualifying as a Reformer instructor with the renowned Stott pilates qualification. Other classes that Millie teaches includes Aerial and the very popular Booty Barre! Millie aims to ensure her classes are challenging, creative, safe and of course fun.
