Many thanks again for your support over the first weeks of our opening at StudioFlex.
Unfortunately, now we must lock down again and we will not see you for a few weeks.
But it’s not all doom and gloom. We are now ready to launch the StudioFlex online class schedule as we hope to keep you all connected with your fitness journey, your instructors and each other during the lockdown period.
Our instructors have been a great support to us over the past two months and we hope we have come up with a way that we can all support them back in the coming weeks.
Our investment in a software upgrade with MINDBODY means that we can offer online classes to you through the StudioFlex app that you have already become accustomed to.
We are ultimately hoping to offer at least two online classes each day, with every instructor hosting at least one class per week so that you will have the opportunity to do a wide range of fitness activities with your favourite instructors.
You will be able to purchase an online experience with us for £5 per class. We will run the classes for two weeks with ALL proceeds from the schedule going to the instructors in these difficult times when many self-employed people are unable to obtain financial help from the Government.
We are delighted to say that there are now over 250 of you who have enjoyed a class fitness experience with StudioFlex and we are very hopeful to see an enthusiastic turn out from you for our online sessions.
When you check out the online classes in the StudioFlex app you will see that some of the instructors have offered to do their first classes as a free taster. We very much hope that you will take advantage of this kind offer and that it will build up plenty of interest to be carried forward.
After two weeks we will assess how things have gone with the take up of the StudioFlex online classes, and decide where we can go from there.
With regards your class packs and monthly memberships, all payments will be frozen from Thursday when the lockdown comes into effect. Don’t worry if you have recently made a payment, all of the days / class packs you have paid for will be carried forward. Many thanks to some of you that have indicated that you wish to support us through the lockdown period by continuing payments, this is very much appreciated indeed.
Please can we ask that those of you who have classes booked into the schedule after Thursday to go to the app and cancel these classes. These classes will also be carried forward for you.
Also on a more positive note, we can all look forward to two weeks’ time when the class schedule will be open again and you can begin planning your fitness routines two weeks in advance of us reopening on Wednesday December 2.
