Sofia Capacchione

Sofia is passionate and inspiring. She will help you to discover the full potential of your mind and body by passing on her health, nutrition, and fitness expertise during her classes. Sofia teaches a range of classes with an emphasis on core stability as she professes: ‘Strong core, strong body, strong mind!’. Enjoy the journey as you embark on dynamic Ashtanga/Vinyasa flow yoga classes, or perhaps you would prefer to slow down the pace in Hatha and restorative Yin yoga sessions. You will also love the challenge of Sofia’s TRX, Body Conditioning, HIIT and high cardio Combat classes. When she’s not kicking us into shape, Sofia loves to travel and can often be found in India where she continues to enjoy her own yoga journey, being inspired by the amazing yoga masters there.
